Gloomy days ahead =(

Rain rain rain. Sigh. Damn the weather. Whenever I walk to uni, I'll end up wet. Whenever I walk home, I'll end up wet. Sheesh. I feel stupid holding an umbrella because the rain here isn't the same as back home, so I don't even bother. Light drizzle which doesn't last long. But still, it is cold and my cheeks are wind burnt =/. Not good as it hurts a lot but not really bad since blusher isn't necessary anymore.

I guess everyone is back in Melbourne already. Yay! Hehe. Jacey's back! Yay! I missed her when she wasn't here =(. Shopping tomorrow? Hehe. Finally caught up with an old childhood friend of mine who has been in Melbourne for the past 2 years. Odd how we never met up before. Only the occasional hies and byes when we bump into each other here.

Since my parents are here, we met up a few times and it was fun =). Went for dinner at her apartment earlier and boy, she can cook! It was hilarious looking at my dad's face when she dropped her ladle and shouted "KNNCCBPUKIMAK!" while her parents acted as if nothing happened =/. Her boyfriend is really nice too. Not to mention cute =D.

Anyway, parents are leaving on Thursday =( but in a way, Im glad. I mean, it's not that I don't appreciate them being here and stuff but I kinda prefer staying here on my own. I've gotten used to being here by myself and it's a little annoying when I have my mom calling me every hour when Im not with them. Plus the nagging and the occasional "Please tidy up la! Why are you so messy?!" is starting to irritate me. But still, I love them =).

When I told Shak about that, I immediately felt bad because they are my parents and I shouldn't say that. But Shak said parents are meant to be annoying. True though. So I shouldn't feel bad. Heh.

So, things have been going well here. The shopping was fun with my parents. And the DVDs they brought made me happy =). And oooh...the Harry Potter. Started reading the book this morning because when they got here with my book, I was reading the Life of Pi and I don't like not finishing a book before starting another one. So, imagine me going through the Life of Pi really fast, skimming through the pages and not remembering a single sentence read just so I could move on to my Harry Potter =/.

So, I have more pictures to post. I know most of my pictures that I post here are clubbing pictures and it gets boring after awhile. But..too bad. Haha. I don't have much of a life here anyway.
